Process description:
Washing and drying is horizontal rotary. The peeled clove feed the hopper to the pressure washing chamber with water and disinfectant, then fall into the rotor where by rotation they are drained and dried by air under pressure and room temperature. Finally they are downloaded through the channel.
The efficiency is 100%
The purpose of the process is to wash and disinfect the clove of garlic peeled, this to avoid the fungi and prolong the life of the product.
Garlic processing plants are recommended for peeling.
